Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

This policy covers the Start Bench Cut website (startbenchcut.app) and the Start Bench Cut app for AI assistants (mcp.startbenchcut.app).

Data collection

We don't ask for or store any personal information. There are no accounts. The game runs in your browser; your picks, results and settings are not sent to us.

When you play inside an AI assistant, the assistant sends us only the game inputs needed to answer a request: the decades you chose, a draft code, and the player names you tagged. We don't receive your conversation, your name or your account details.

Usage and storage

Game requests are computed on the spot and not saved. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard short-lived request logs (such as IP address, time and requested URL) for security and reliability.

Third-party sharing

We don't sell or share data. Cloudflare processes requests as our hosting provider. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard web request information.

Data retention

We don't retain game data. Hosting logs are kept only as long as Cloudflare's standard log retention.
